Basic Seminar

Regular seminars with our partners form the basis of a long-term and successful collaboration. The participants experience an extensive know-how transfer and are then capable of dealing with First Level Support cases themselves. The Combi-Seminar brings together the know-how transfer in respect of software and hardware and covers the content of the Camera and the Basic seminars, which can also be booked separately.

Seminar content:

• The client/server architecture of the SeeTec software
• Installation and configuration of the SeeTec server
• Installation and configuration of the SeeTec client
• SeeTec installation folder structure
• Administration of the SeeTec software
• Configuration mode: Installation and configuration of the cameras, user administration, alarm scenarios, system administration Multiple camera configuration and multiple export of image data
• Surveillance mode (operation of the client for live view)
• Archive mode (operation of the client for archive view), export of image data in SeeTec’s own format and as AVI, import cameras
• Event evaluation - Report mode
• Image compression (MJPEG, MPEG-4 and H.264)
• Using motion detection with SeeTec 5
• Digital inputs and outputs, Network I/O, generic video driver

 
Pre-requisites: Basic knowledge of network technology (IP addresses, network components, client/server architecture) as well as basic knowledge about network cameras.

The price includes the provision of seminar PCs as well as the required hardware for the period of the seminar. Also included are the course documentation as well as snacks and drinks during the seminar, and lunch.
